Entertainment Room: luxuriously furnished communal lounging area equipped with large flat-screen TV, DVD and CD-stereo system and ipod. Also contains a library equipped with 200-plus DVD’s, books, magazines and games for guests to enjoy.

Food & Beverage:
- Complimentary breakfast is included in the nightly rate
- Alcohol not stocked on premises but transportation to local liquor store available upon request
- The food is available on guests’ request. Our cook is ready to prepare the meal that desired
- Barbeque area and facilities is free to use by in house guest

Spa & Massage: full range of exotic on-site spa services available

Communications: full office facilities include IDD telephone, high-speed Broadband internet access. Mobile phones with local sim-cards are also available upon request. Charges apply to each of these facilities.

Transportation: high quality vehicles and English-speaking drivers are available through the office at very reasonable rates.

Laundry: daily laundry available at no additional surcharge. Dry Cleaning is additional charges.

1. Rates: All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD, and inclusive of welcome drinks and fruit basket upon arrival, return airport transfers, daily laundry (except dry cleaning), and daily breakfasts for up to 8 persons. Long term, last minute, and per-bedroom rates are available upon request.
2. High season period: June 15 - August 31, Easter Week, Chinese New Year and Peak season period: December 20 - January 5
3. Minimum stay: Low Season: 3 nights; High/Peak Season: 5 nights.
